ConneXion Church is seeking a part-time Office Manager/Receptionist, 18-20 hours per week.
Candidate must have good communication skills, both oral and written. Intermediate computer skills with some knowledge of software programs. Must be able to perform general secretarial duties, clerical tasks and demonstrate sound public relations skills.
Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Shepherd Staff. Ability to operate and maintain office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.) and knowledge of the United Methodist Order of Worship. Some Social Media experience is needed.
Duties and Responsibilities: Secretarial and clerical duties, maintaining records and office files, answering the phone, taking messages, maintaining the calendar, and scheduling and travel requests. Additional duties will be discussed during the interview.
Works closely with the pastor and all board members and key leaders.
